This is an Application for condonation of delay of three days in filing the Appeal against the judgment and order dated 18.2.2025 passed by the Sessions Judge, Thane in Sessions Case No.236/2022.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that due to the Applicant's weak financial condition he could not approach the Advocate for filing this Appeal and, therefore, there is short delay of three days. Learned APP left this question to the discretion of this Court.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to allow this Application. Hence, the order :

i. The Application is allowed.

ii. The delay of three days in preferring the Appeal is condoned. The Appeal be processed further.
