On that occasion, the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide the order dated 14.03.2022 had given liberty to the Applicant to file an application seeking early disposal of the Appeal. After the said order was passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no application for early date of hearing was filed, but the present interim application was filed for his release. 2.

In this background, the Criminal Appeal No.407 of 2021 along with other companion appeals be listed on the weekly final hearing board commencing from 30.06.2025; High on Board. 3.

The interim application is disposed of.
