This Court by order dated 13.11.2024 in Bail Application No.3071 of 2024 while releasing the applicant has imposed the following condition:

(b) The applicant shall not enter District-Solapur after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called and for attending the trial;

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the father of the applicant has expired on 06.05.2023. It is submitted that the aforesaid condition be relaxed from 10.05.2025 to Pramod S. Lakare 1/2

The learned APP for the respondent/State submits that the appropriate order be passed.

Considering the reason, I am inclined to relax the condition as sought for the period from 10.05.2025 to 17.05.2025. Ordered accordingly.
