Heard Mr. Agarwal, learned Advocate for Applicant and Dr. Takalkar, learned AGP for Respondent - State. 2.

Interim Application seeks modification of order dated 27.08.2019. However in effect Applicant is seeking direction from the Court to withdraw the amounts deposited by the Applicant. It is seen that amount in excess of Rs.11,87,00,000/- has been deposited by Applicant under order of this Court dated 27.08.2019, last order been dated 27.08.2019.

According to learned Advocate, the Applicant has now

According to him, Accused had stood as personal guarantor for the loans granted to the Educational Society. Learned Advocate for Applicant is also directed by this Court to satisfy on maintainability of the present Application. Copy of this order and Interim Application shall be served on the private Respondent through Court. Humdast permitted.
