For the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the Application, Application for extension of time for furnishing surety directed vide order dated 24.03.2025 stands extended. 3.

Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "a) This Hon'ble Court will be pleased to extend the time of furnishing the surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) for a further period of four weeks on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
