By this application, the applicant is seeking extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/-.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this Court has directed the applicant to deposit Rs.2,50,000/-, out of which, the applicant will deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- by tomorrow and extension of two months be granted to deposit remaining amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the application as well as the applicant has undergone an eye surgery, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

1.

The application is allowed.

2.

Time to deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- is extended by two months.

The application stands disposed of.
