By this Application, the Applicant is seeking modification of the order passed by this Court (Coram. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) dated 19th September 2014.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) Application is partly allowed.
(ii) The condition Nos.(iii) and (iv) imposed upon the Applicant by this Court (Coram : Sadhana Jadhav, J.) dated 19th September 2014, the Applicant shall report to Special Judge for CBI, Gr. Bombay once in six months is hereby relaxed.
