After hearing learned Senior Counsel extensively, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this application, the learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. The request is reasonable. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, if the Appeal is not decided within a period of one year from today, the Applicant would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail pending Appeal. 3.
