This is an Application for condonation of delay of thirty-nine days in preferring Appeal under Section 21 (4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (for short 'NIA Act') against the Order dated 18th February 2025 passed below Exhibit 67 by the Trial Court in NIA Spl. Case No.153 of 2023. 2.
