Heard learned counsel for the applicant on the present Interim Application praying for suspension of sentence in the Criminal Appeal. 2.

Mr. Gadade, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is a senior citizen and has already suffered/undergone sentence of one month, out of the sentence of three months as confirmed by the order of the Session Court passed in the proceedings in appeal. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that respondent -Sudhakar Laxman Patil, original complainant is added as party respondent and was duly served. He would place on record an affidavit of service in this regard. However, none appears for the respondentMayur

11-IA-1747-2025.doc complainant, despite service. The applicant is directed to once again serve the respondent-complainant by all permissible modes and file an affidavit of service on or before the next date.

The respondent-complainant shall, subject to service, appear on the adjourned date of hearing, failing which the Court shall proceed to pass appropriate order on this application.
