It is true that this Court, as per Order dated 17.01.2018, has suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment and directed the Applicant to furnish a Personal bond and Surety bond of Rs. 15,000/-. The same is also furnished.

3.

Now, the Surety-Rakesh Chaurasiya is facing difficulty in continuing as surety, and that is why the present Application is for furnishing a new Surety.

4.

Furnishing Surety has its own purpose. It will be useful in case the Appellant will not appear in the future. There is no opposition in the application. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '(a)' and four weeks time is granted to furnish a new Surety. 5.

Interim Application No. 1765 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly.
