Interim Application is filed seeking extension of time to furnish surety as directed vide order dated 24.03.2025. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) which reads thus:- "A) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to extend the cash bail in lieu of surety granted vide order dated 24.03.2025 for a further period of 4 weeks so as to enable the Applicant to furnish surety as directed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 24.03.2025." 4.

With the above directions, Interim Application and praecipe are disposed.
