This is an Application for condonation of delay of 228 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 02/07/2024 passed by the Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No.899 of 2017. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant was in poor financial condition and therefore, could not engage a private Advocate. The Appeal is therefore filed through the assistance of legal aid Counsel. Some time was lost in collecting the papers and preparing the Appeal memo. Therefore, there is delay of 228 days in filing the Appeal. 3.
