DATED : 12th JUNE, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This is an Application for condonation of delay of 32 days in preferring the Appeal against the judgment and order dated 28th January 2025, passed by the Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai in Sessions Case No.294 of 2018.

2) Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is in custody for about 7 years. The Applicant and his family are not in a good financial condition. Therefore, he could not engage an Advocate immediately. Some time was lost in collecting the papers and preparing the appeal memo.
