Interim Application is filed seeking extension of time to furnish surety as directed vide order dated 01.04.2025. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:- "a) The Application may be allowed entirely; that Extend the time in the Condition No. (ii) imposed by This Hon'ble High Court in order dated 01/04/2025 in Criminal Bail Application No.2986 of 2024.

b) Extend the time for furnishing one or two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each as per clause (ii) of the bail order dated 01.04.2025 by a further period of 4 weeks."
