By order dated 18.02.2025, this Court directed the applicant to deposit the passport with the Investigating Officer. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Investigating Officer be directed to return the passport as the applicant has to travel abroad for the purpose of dance event. 3.

The applicant was directed to deposit the passport with a view to avoid flight risk. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. 4.

The Application is rejected.
