This Interim Application has been filed seeking restoration of the anticipatory bail application, which came to be rejected pursuant to the conditional order dated 5 May 2025. The learned advocate for the applicant could not carry out the amendment within the stipulated period as directed by the said order, and consequently, the anticipatory bail application was dismissed.

I have perused the contents of the Interim Application. The same is allowed. The portion of the order dated 5 May 2025 which states that Amol D. Nawale
505-ia-1816-2025.doc "if the amendment is not carried out within the stipulated period, the anticipatory bail application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court" is hereby quashed and set aside. The remainder of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The learned advocate for the applicant is directed to carry out the necessary amendment forthwith.
