This application is filed by accused no.9, praying to relax condition no.(ii) of the order dated 19th September 2019, granting bail to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since, the date of release, he is regularly attending the concerned police station as directed by this court. He, however, submits that the charge is not yet framed. He submits that the applicant is also attending all the dates before the trial court. 2.

Learned APP on instructions submits that the condition to attend the concerned police station was till the framing of charge. Page no. 1 of 2

22-ia-1856-2025-ba-2214-2019.doc However, there are applications for discharge pending, hence, charge is not yet framed. He submits that if the condition to attend the concerned police station is to be relaxed, the applicant be directed that he shall attend the concerned police station as and when called and he should attend each date in the trial court. 3.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the condition no. (ii) of order dated 19th September 2019, is relaxed subject to the condition that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called and further condition that the applicant shall remain present before the trial court, unless specifically exempted by the trial court. 4.

The remaining conditions in order dated 19th September 2019 shall continue to operate and they shall be binding upon the applicant.
