Heard Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief :- "The conditions (iii) and (iv) imposed by this Court in order dated 16th October 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3632 of 2024 may kindly be relaxed/removed."

Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that the said bail conditions were imposed in view of the Gitalaxmi

903-IA-1857-2025.doc statement made by the Applicant, as recorded in paragraph 5 of the said order dated 16th October 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3632 of 2024. He submits that the Applicant is required to co-operate in the matter for framing of charge. 4.

Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter is fixed for framing of the charge. He submits that a request would be made to the learned Trial Court to frame charge in Sessions Case No. 156 of 2024 on the next date fixed, which is scheduled on 21st August 2025. He submits that the Applicant should co-operate in the matter.

In view of the above and in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik shall make an endevour to frame charge on the next date fixed.

At the joint request and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 22nd August 2025.

Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, learned Advocate assures the Court to appraise the learned Trial Court about pendency of this Application.
