Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for Respondent-State.

By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions of attending Police Station. 3.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(iii) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Anil S. Kilor, J.) by order dated

117-IA-1857-2025 IN BA-3632-2024.doc N.S.Kamble 16th October 2024 for not enter into territorial jurisdiction of Ghoti Police Station, Taluka Igatpuri, District-Nashik is hereby relaxed.

(ii) The Condition No.(iv) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Anil S. Kilor, J.) by order dated 16th October 2024 for attending the Police Station on 1st and 16th day of every month is hereby modified as under:- (a) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police station as and when required.

(iii) The Application is allowed and disposed of.
