The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is willing to appear before the learned Magistrate. 3.

The Court is informed that PW/360/2024, arising out of CR No. 801 of 2023 is listed before the learned Magistrate on 11th May 2026. 4.

Let the Applicant appear before the learned Magistrate on 11th May 2026, and file an Application for bail.

The learned Magistrate is requested to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, having regard to the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code and after hearing the prosecution.

In the meanwhile, to facilitate the Applicant to appear before the leaned Magistrate on 11th May 2026, the execution and operation of proclamation shall remain stayed till 11th May 2026, only. 7.

It is hereby made clear that if the Applicant does not appear before the learned Magistrate on 11th May 2026, this order shall stand recalled and the learned Magistrate will be at liberty to take appropriate coercive steps to secure the presence of the Applicant. 8.
