This is an application for condonation of delay of 59 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 07/01/2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli, in Sessions Case No.44 of 2018. The Applicant was the original accused No.5.

Learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that he was in custody after his conviction in January 2025. His Nesarikar

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 59 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.

The Appeal be processed further.
