This is an application for condonation of delay of 46 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 16/01/2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, in Sessions Case No.89 of 2016. The Applicants were the original MANUSHREE NESARIKAR accused Nos.1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the Applicants has submitted that Nesarikar

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 46 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.

The Appeal be processed further.
