The Applicant intends to travel abroad in the month of May 2025. His passport was about to expire. However, now the month of May has already passed away. His plan for going abroad has not materialised. Hence, on instructions, this application is not pressed. 3.

The application stands disposed of. Liberty to make a prayer for leave to travel depending upon the situation. Interim Application No. 5029 of 2024 Heard the application for renewal of passport. Mr. Singh appears for Respondent No.2-Passport authority. Let him be supplied with the copy.
