Ms.Shinde, learned APP states that the Applicant intends to appear for the examination of Master in Computer Science (M.C.S.) Semester II, Semester III and Semester IV. The examination time table of Semester IV is not enclosed with the Application. 2) Learned APP has serious objection for interim bail on the premise that the Applicant is a native of Uttar Pradesh and by taking advantage of interim bail, he is likely to abscond. The offence is serious therefore, she has opposed the Application for interim bail. 3) Mr.Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant wants to complete his aforesaid education. The examination is scheduled on 26/05/2025 and 28/05/2025. He submits H.C. SHIV

5.ia1924.25.doc that the Applicant is not able to pay the entire police escort charges However, the Applicant would pay Rs.15,000/- as the escort charges on 24/05/2025.

4) In view thereof, the jail authority to take the Applicant to Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai on 26/05/2025 for examination purpose at 1.30 pm. As as soon the examination is over, the jail authority shall take back the Applicant to jail. 5) During the examination period, the Applicant shall not be handcuffed. However, appropriate vigil be kept on the Applicant. 6) The Applicant is at liberty to mention the matter on 27th May 2025, for the needful.
