His appeal is against conviction of the offence punishable under Section 304 Part II is pending. Earlier he has been granted permission to travel to Germany as per the order dated 23rd July 2024. Now he intends to travel to European countries from 1st August 2025 to 24th August 2025. Hence, the permission is sought 3.

ORDER

(i) The Applicant is permitted to travel to European countries from 1st August 2025 to 24th August 2025.

(ii) Once his trave program is finalised, he is directed to give those details to Court prior to leaving India. (iii) He is directed to report to Investigating Officer, once he returns to India.
