1) This is a consecutive Application for suspension of sentence and releasing the Applicant on bail.

1.1) An earlier Application preferred by the Applicant was rejected by a speaking Order dated 2nd February 2023 by the co-ordinate Bench. Except passage of time, there is no other substantial change in circumstance from 2nd February 2023 till today.

2) In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain the Application and is accordingly rejected.
