The State intends to challenge the judgment of acquittal passed by the Court of City Civil on 8th November 2024. It is for the offences under Section 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC") and under Section 3(1)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ("SC&ST Act"). 3.
There is a delay in preferring the Appeal. It is opposed on behalf of the Respondents.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the delay is condoned. The Application is disposed of.
