This is an application filed by the first informant on whose behalf Crime was registered, for joining him as a party Respondent Talwalkar

8.IA1952.2025.odt in the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1362 of 2025. Learned Advocate for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1362 of 2025 states that the complainant was heard before the learned Sessions Court in the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 901 of 2025. As such he has no objection for joining the Complainant/First Informant as Respondent No. 2. The learned APP states that the presence of the Complainant/First Informant is necessary and the Applicant/Accused should have joined him in the Anticipatory Bail Application as Party Respondent.

In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed. 4.

The Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application to join the Complainant/First Informant as Respondent No. 2 in the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1362 of 2025. 5.

Mr. Chheda, learned Advocate for the Applicant in ABA No. 1362 of 2025 seeks a week's time to carry out amendment. Leave granted.
