Mr.Hire, learned Advocate for the Applicant, at the outset, seeks leave to amend to correct date in prayer clause (a). Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2) Heard.

3) Present Application seeks extension of interim bail till 30/05/2025, to facilitate the Applicant to attend online and oral examination. The Applicant vide order dated 16/04/2025 has been granted the interim bail till 21/05/2025, for examination purpose and was directed to surrender on 22/05/2025.

4) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has to attend for online examination on 23/05/2025 and the H.C. SHIV

508.ia1953.25.doc oral examination that may be scheduled between 24/05/2025 to 30/05/2025. However, the schedule of oral examination is yet not published. It may be published between 22/05/2025 and 29/05/2025. 5) In view thereof, the interim bail granted vide order dated 16/04/2025 is extended till 28/05/2025 on the same terms and conditions.

6) If the oral examinations of the Applicant are over till 28/05/2025, he shall immediately surrender on the next date of examination or on 29/05/2025.

7) Stand over to 29th May 2025.
