Today the learned A.P.P. has tendered Prisoner's Medical Report of today's date i.e. 4th June 2025. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Mrs. Prajakta Shinde, learned A.P.P. places reliance on Paragraph Nos. 14 and 16 of the report and submits that there is no case for giving priority to this matter in view of the opinion expressed in the said Prisoner's Medical Report. 6.

Mr. Prashant Pandey, learned Advocate for the Appellant has made various submissions to discredit the observations and findings in the Prisoner's Medical Report dated 4th June 2025. He disputes the Prisoner's Medical Report dated 4th June 2025. 7.

In view of the above and the observations made in Paragraph No. 16 of the Prisoner's Medical Report dated 4th June 2025, learned A.P.P. states that this matter will have to be heard on merits. She, therefore, prays for time and submits that the matter be considered by the Regular Court.
