Heard Mr. Vikas Shivarkar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Smt. Rashmi Tendulkar, learned APP for Respondent-State. 2.

By order dated 13th February, 2025, Criminal Bail Application No. 4717 of 2024 was granted on the bail conditions referred to in paragraph No. 8 (A) to (I).

By the present Interim Application, the Applicant sought for the

following relief :

"11.

It is therefore prayed that :

a) The condition imposed upon the Applicant vide item no. [C] of operative part of order dated 13.02.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 4717 of 2024 may kindly be relax only for a limited period of one week from 6th June 2025 till 13th June 2025; and the Applicant be permitted to enter into limits of Pune District for the said period."

On 4th June, 2025, Smt. Tendulkar, learned APP for State had sought time to take instructions from the Investigating Officer on the present Application.

Smt. Tendulkar, learned APP for the State on instructions from Mr. Rahul Pawar, PSI, Crime Branch, Pune, who is present in court on behalf of the Investigating Officer states that the Respondent do not have objection if the Applicant is permitted /allowed to visit the District of Pune from 10th June, 2025 from 9 a.m. up to 9 p.m. of 12th June, 2025.

Mr. Vikas Shivarkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the matter before the learned Trial Court is also scheduled on 12th June, 2025. He states that the Applicant would abide by the time schedule referred to hereinabove and shall leave the District of Pune

on 12th June, 2025 on or before 9 p.m.

It is clarified that by this Order, the Applicant is granted limited permission to enter in the District of Pune.

In view of the above, the Interim Application No. 1979 of 2025 is allowed.
