DATED : 08th JULY, 2025 P.C. :- 1) The Applicant is the original Appellant in the aforesaid Appeal. He has sent a letter through jail for permitting Advocate Veerdhawal 1/2

The letter mentions that the earlier Advocate on record did not give NOC and therefore, the Court should appoint Advocate Veerdhawal Deshmukh to represent him. 2) Today, both the Advocates i.e. the original Advocate on record and Mr. Veerdhawal Deshmukh are present in the Court. The Advocate on record stated before the Court that he is willing to give NOC to Mr.Deshmukh.

3) In that view of the matter, nothing further survives in this Application. Advocate Mr. Deshmukh is permitted to represent the Appellant/Applicant, on filing his Vakilpatra after obtaining NOC from the Advocate on record.

4) Interim Application No.1982 of 2025 is disposed of. 5) The matters to proceed in due course.
