By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantial relief :-
"b.
The time granted in paragraph 7 of the order dated 17.03.2025 (Exhibit "B") be extended by a further period of four weeks, or such time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, for compliance with the direction to furnish sureties."

By Order dated 10.10.2024, this Court had allowed B. A. No. 3251 of 2024 on the conditions as mentioned in paragraph 10(i) to (vii).

By Order dated 17.03.2025, bail condition No. 10(ii) in the Order dated 10.10.2024 was modified to the following extent as referred in the Order dated 17.03.2025 passed in I. A. No. 980 of 2025.
"7.
However at the request of Mr. Tamboli, Applicant is permitted to provide provisional cash security of Rs. 10,000/- for his release from prison, but before his release he shall file an undertaking that after his release from prison, he shall arrange for the two sureties as directed by the Court within a period of six weeks thereafter from the date of his release and submit the same. He shall accordingly file the two sureties as directed herein within six weeks of his release from prison.

Rest of the order dated 10.10.2024 shall stand as it is.

Present order shall be read with order dated 10.10.2024 since the previous order was
passed by the earlier regular Court and not by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid terms, Interim Application is allowed and disposed."

Mr. Oza, Advocate for the Applicant states that he has complied with the condition of furnishing cash security within the time framed by this Court as also has filed an undertaking as directed by this Court.

By the present Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish surety as referred to in condition No. 10(ii) of the Order dated 10.10.2024. Learned APP does not object to the present Application. 8.
In view of the no objection given by the learned APP and request made by the Applicant in the Application is allowed on the following terms.
O R D E R (a) The Applicant shall furnish one or two sureties as directed in condition No. 10(ii) to the satisfaction of the trial Court on or before 03.06.2025.
(b) It is clarified that the amount of surety as referred to
in condition No. 10(ii) was modified to Rs. 10,000/- by this Court by Order dated 17.03.2025 passed in I. A. No. 980 of 2025. As such, surety to be furnished by the Applicant shall be of Rs. 10,000/-.
9.
The Interim Application stands disposed of.
