This is an Application for condonation of delay of 125 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment and order dated 23.10.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Satara in Sessions Case No.124 of 2022. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is in custody for more than three years. He is not in a good financial condition to engage an Advocate. Therefore, the Appeal is filed through the Legal Aid Counsel on 02.03.2025 and then, sometime was required to study the matter.

Learned APP left the question of condonation of delay to the discretion of the Court.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 125 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.
