By an order dated 25th February 2025, the Applicant was released on bail subject to the bail condition recorded in Paragraph No. 21(i) till (vii) of the said order.

By the present Application, the Applicant seeks extension of four weeks' time to furnish surety.

Mr. Adityaraj Chavan, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant has furnished provisional cash surety of Rs. 15,000/- and has abided by all other conditions imposed in the order dated 25th February 2025. He states that on account of the difficulty expressed in Paragraph No. 4 of the Application, time of two weeks from today may be granted to furnish the surety. 5.

Mr. Anand Shalgaonkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Aayush Kedia, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 do not object to the said request. 6.

On the basis of statement made by Mr. Adityaraj Chavan, learned Advocate, which is on instructions of the Applicant, a period of two weeks from today is granted to furnish the surety in terms of bail condition vide Paragraph No. 21(i) of the order dated 25th February 2025. The statement made by Mr. Adityaraj Chavan, learned Advocate, is a statement to the Court. 7.

In view the above, Interim Application No. 2009 of 2025 stands disposed of.
