This is an Application for expeditious hearing of the Appeal. Though the Sessions Case is from the year 2013, the learned APP pointed out that the Applicant could been arrested in 2021. Therefore, the Applicant was absconding for a number of years.

Be that as it may, since the offence is from 2013, it appears to be an old incident. Therefore, the Record and Proceedings with paperbooks be called urgently and the matter be listed at the bottom of admission board for final hearing on 09/09/2025.
