It is mentioned in the application that the Appeal is filed through Advocate Mangesh Deshmukh. However, the Applicant is unable to pay his fees and is requesting the appointment of legal aid counsel. The grievance of the Applicant / Appellant appears to be genuine. He deserves to be represented by legal aid counsel. The High Court Legal Services Authorities of this Court is requested to appoint a suitable counsel from their panel to represent the Applicant / Appellant in Criminal Appeal No.904 of 2023. The said Appeal be added to the weekly final hearing board commencing from 27th January, 2026.
