The Applicant has filed this application for condonation of delay caused in filing the revision application challenging the order passed by the Sessions Court rejecting the discharge application filed by the Applicant.

The Applicant has stated that the discharge application of coaccused is allowed. The impugned order was passed in COVID period. The Applicant is doctor and due to his professional hazardous, there is delay. Some material facts were not mentioned in the earlier revision application and, therefore, the Applicant was Gaikwad RD 1/2
9-IA-2039-2025 (CR).doc constrained to withdraw the said revision application with liberty to file a fresh application.

Considering the reasons given in the application, the delay, if any, caused in filing the revision application is condoned. The Registry to register the Revision Application. 4.
The Application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Bombay High Court Kolhapur Bench Bar Association Ad-hoc Committee within a period of four weeks from today.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
