This is an application for condonation of delay of 8 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 07/03/2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, in Sessions Case No.49 of 2019. The Applicant was the original accused No.2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that Nesarikar

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 8 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 5.
