The correctness of the judgment delivered by the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Malegaon on 15.05.2025 is challenged. The decision is as follows:- (a) Seven accused were acquitted for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 341, 323, 143 and 506 of the Indian SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date: 2025.06.16 11:43:01 +0530 1/3
Penal Code.
(b) The present Appellant Accused No. 8 is acquitted for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 143 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
(c) Whereas Accused No. 8 is convicted and the sentence is as follows:- (i) For offence punishable under Section 341 of the Indian Penal Code, simple imprisonment for one month and fine of Rs. 500/-. Fine is already paid. (ii) For offence punishable under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, the sentence is rigorous imprisonment for one year and fine of Rs. 1,000/-. Fine is already paid.

Learned APP waives notice on behalf of Respondent-State. INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 2094 OF 2025 6.
The present Appellant was on bail during trial. After conviction, the sentence is suspended by the Trial Court on 15.05.2025. He is permanent 2/3
resident of that village. He undertakes to co-operate the hearing of the appeal. There are four offences registered against him. It is mentioned in para no. 58. This was pointed out to me by learned APP. He is praying for some condition. In view of that following order :-
ORDER
(a) The substantive sentence is suspended during pendency of the trial subject to furnishing Personal bond and Surety bond of Rs. 15,000/- before the trial Court. It will be complied within a period of four weeks from today.
(b) The Applicant is directed to give attendance to Malegaon Taluka Police Station on first Monday from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon of the Month of July and November for period of two years from today.
