Heard Mr. Chaitanya Purankar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

Applicant was released on bail pursuant to order dated 2nd August 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3032 of 2024, on the conditions mentioned in Paragraph Nos. 12(a) to (h) of the said order.

By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of bail Condition Nos. 12(b) and (d) of the order dated 2nd August 2024.

After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Chaitanya Gitalaxmi
906-IA-2110-2025.doc Purankar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application. He prays that the Applicant be granted liberty to move the Court for relaxation of the said conditions after sometime depending on the progress of trial.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent though has opposed the request made in the present Application for relaxation of the conditions, however, he submits that the Applicant may be permitted to renew his request after three months.

In view of the above, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the present Application and renew his request after three months depending on the progress of trial.
