The present Application was called out for hearing in the morning session. We had directed learned APP to take instructions regarding the relief prayed for by Applicant. The Application was therefore, kept back and called out for the hearing in the second session. 2.

In the second session, learned Advocate for Applicant, on instructions, submitted that the cause of action for which the present Application is filed, does not survive at this juncture i.e. marriage of the sister of Applicant has been called off for unforeseen reasons. 3.

At this stage learned APP, on instructions, submitting that the concerned Authority is having doubt about the genuineness of the invitation card annexed at page No.45 of the Interim Application. She therefore, seeks time to verify the same from the concerned Investigating Agency. 4.

At her request, stand over to 23rd June 2025. 5.
