DATED : 16th DECEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) In the aforesaid 13 Appeals filed under Section 42 of the Prevention of Money-Laundering (PMLA) Act, 2002, the Appeals are accompanied with Interim Applications for condonation of delay of 228 days in filing the Appeals.

2) We have heard learned Senior Counsel Mr. Badheka for the Applicants and perused the Applications.

The Applications are opposed by the Respondents by filing an affidavit.

3) The Applications proceed to state that the impugned Order being passed on 24/07/2024, the copy of the same was received on 02/09/2024 and on receipt of the copy, the steps were taken to file the Appeal which ought to have been filed within 60 days with a provision for permitting extension of further 60 days.

The Applications proceed to state that upon the impugned Order being passed, a Review Application was filed before the learned Appellate Tribunal in which the notice was issued but it was subsequently withdrawn with liberty to avail such appropriate remedy as is available in law. 4) It is in this aforesaid manner, the delay of 228 days is sought to be justified.

5) On hearing the learned Senior Counsel for the Applicants, on perusal of the Applications, we are convinced that the delay is bonafide and it was on account of belated receipt of the copy and subsequently on account of the fact that a Review Application was filed but which came to be withdrawn with liberty to file present Appeals.

6) In the wake of the aforesaid, since the delay having been sufficiently explained and according to us, the same is bonafide, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay.

Interim Applications in aforesaid 13 Appeals are made absolute in terms of its prayer clause.

The reply filed by the Respondent No.1 - Directorate of Enforcement, is taken on record.

7) List the Appeals on 27/01/2026.
