P.C.:- INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 2165 OF 2025 IN CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 2253 OF 2025 1) This is an Application for condonation of delay in filing reply in furtherance of Order dated 25th April, 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 2253 of 2025.
2) For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing reply is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 2253 OF 2025 3) The reply of Respondent No.3 be filed within a period of two weeks from today with an advance copy of the same be served upon learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners and other Respondents. 4) As a consequence of the above, the period to file rejoinder by Petitioners is extended by two weeks from the date of filing of the reply by Respondent No.3.
