By this interim application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of Condition No.(vi). It appears that this Court by its order dated 10 March 2025 imposed Condition No.(vi) which reads as under:

"vi.

Applicant shall not leave the State of Maharashtra without prior permission of the Trial Court;" 2.

The present application is filed on 17 June 2025. The reasons stated in the application do not appear to have accrued after filing of the application. All these reasons were in existence when the order was passed. Therefore, remedy of such applicant is
