Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

By this Application, the Applicant is seeking renewal of the passport. 3.

The Applicant shall file Application before the Pass-port Authority for renewal of pass-port. The pass-port authority shall decide the Application if filed on its own merit. The pass-port authority shall not call say of this Court.

In view of above, I pass following order.

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant shall file Application before the passport authority the pass-port authority shall decide the Application on its own merit.
