This application is filed by the accused to relax condition no. (iii) of order dated 27th March 2025 and condition no. (v) of order dated 26th April 2018. 3.

This court while granting bail vide order dated 26th April 2018 had directed the applicant to deposit his passport with the Enforcement Directorate before his release. By order dated 27th March 2025, the respondent no. 1 was directed to Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

return the passport to the applicant for renewal and the applicant was directed to redeposit the passport after renewal.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is discharged from the case by order dated 15th May 2025. He therefore submits that the condition for depositing the passport be relaxed. Copy of the order dated 15th May 2025 is annexed to the application. The applicant is discharged. Hence, there is no reason now to direct the applicant to redeposit the passport.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that the order of discharge is challenged by filing revision application before this court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the order passed granting discharge to the applicant, this application is allowed by passing following order :

(i) Condition no. (iii) of order dated 27th March 2025 in Interim Application No. 4881 of 2024 and condition no. (v) of order dated 26th April 2018 passed by this court in Bail Application No. 2957 of 2017 are relaxed. 2/3

(ii) Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
