This application is filed by the accused for relaxation of condition no.(C) imposed while granting bail vide order dated 5th May 2014.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a resident of West Bengal and has attended the concerned police station since 2014 except during covid restrictions. He submits that the charge is framed, and trial has commenced. He submits that the applicant is attending all the dates in the trial Court. He therefore submits that the condition no. (C) directing the applicant to attend Page no. 1 of 2

Learned APP submits that the applicant be directed to attend all the dates in the trial Court.

Since the trial has commenced and is pending for last ten years, the condition directing the applicant to attend the concerned police station can be relaxed at this stage. The applicant will however attend all the dates in the trial Court. 5.

The application is therefore allowed by passing the following order:

ORDER

(i) Condition no.(C) imposed vide order dated 5th May 2014 is relaxed.

(ii) The applicant shall attend all the dates in the trial Court unless exempted by a written order by the trial Court. (iii) Rest of the order dated 5th May 2014 shall continue to operate and shall be binding upon the applicant. 6.
