This Interim Application is taken out seeking condonation of delay of 128 days in filing the Appeal.

The Applicant states that he is behind bars since the date of the impugned order dated 27th November 2024. The Applicant has applied for certified copies of the record and proceedings on 28th January 2025 and thereafter, the certified copies has been received by the Applicant's son. It is stated that thereafter steps were taken for filing the Criminal Appeal.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.

The Interim Application is allowed in above terms with no order as to costs.
